The Wolf Pack Is Howling at ThrillerFest XX

This week, I find myself doing something I don’t do nearly enough: sitting still for a moment and smiling.

Why?

Because so many members of our Wolf Pack—writers we’re honored to call clients and friends—are heading to New York City to share their work, their stories, and their wisdom at ThrillerFest XX. To say I’m proud doesn’t quite cover it.

These authors have earned their place at the table. They’ve written in the quiet hours, revised until the edges softened, and pushed through when the story didn’t want to come. Now, they’re stepping into the spotlight on some truly outstanding panels.

You’ll find:

– J. Luke Bennecke, bringing heart to high-stakes storytelling

– Dewayne Goetzel, moderating a room with razor-sharp insight

– Brian Tracey, telling the truth about the publishing journey

– Rick Pullen, exploring the paths writers take to reach their readers

And they’re just the beginning.

ThrillerFest is more than a conference. It’s where the writing world gathers to talk shop, raise a glass, and remind each other why we do this strange, beautiful thing we do. For me, there’s no greater joy than seeing the people I represent show up—not just on the page, but in the room.

To our authors: thank you for letting us walk this road with you.

To the ThrillerFest team: thank you for making space for good stories and good people.

And to everyone watching from afar—don’t worry, we’ll bring back photos. And probably a story or two.
